How to set up a Custom Cut Line in Inkscape

We have created a tutorial video that shows you how to set up a Custom Cut Line in Inkscape.
Inkscape is an Open Source vector graphics editor and a good alternative to Adobe Illustrator. Although it doesn’t have quite the same depth of functions as Illustrator, it’s very useful and it’s also completely free. We have created this tutorial video to show you how to easily set up a Custom Cut Line using Inkscape.
Inkscape is fairly easy to use, especially if you’re used to programmes like Illustrator, Photoshop or GIMP.
The main thing to remember when you set up your cut line is making sure the cut line is clearly marked, so make it a colour that stands out from the design. Also, although SVG is the standard file format of Inkscape, it’s better to save the files as PDF, which are more universally accepted.
